Janet Kreis - Executive Director
A Florida native, Janet moved to Jacksonville in 1977 where she raised three lovely daughters who have in turn rewarded her with six wonderful grandchildren. Janet has many years of experience in the senior housing field both in the marketing arena and as an Executive Director. Her passion is people and customer service. Janet loves to laugh and make residents and their families feel as though she is a part of their family. When you stop by Brighton Bay to visit, be sure to ask to meet Janet!

Rachel Waxer - Retirement Counselor
Rachel brings 30 years of business and marketing experience to us. Rachel enjoys taking the time to share with prospective residents the amenities, services, and lifestyle that Brighton Bay has to offer. When Rachel is not working she enjoys spending time with her daughter, step-son and two grandchildren.

John Spencer - Culinary Director
John graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and brings to us 20 years of experience. His history is working in hotels, country clubs, and private restaurants. John is originally from Kansas City, Missouri where he raised his two daughters. John gets his satisfaction in knowing he delights and satisfies the residents palate.
